Aré Guḍi farm — regenerative property in Karnataka
Specialized program

The Farm Accelerator at Aré Guḍi.

A sector-specific pilot program for European agritech ventures — running on a 50+ acre working regenerative farm in Karnataka. We accept ventures in regenerative agriculture, biocontrol, and IoT.

Why this exists

India agritech needs you on the ground.

Indian agritech serves 60M+ farmers. Most failed market entries come from companies that built for the EU and assumed it would translate. The Farm Accelerator gives you a working farm, a real cohort of farmer collaborators, and the regulatory and distribution pathways to scale what works.

The program

A three-month structured pilot.

Weeks 1–2

Orientation

On-farm orientation. Soil and crop data review. Agronomy alignment with Indian conditions.

Weeks 3–8

Deployment

Field deployment on Aré Guḍi with weekly check-ins, IoT-instrumented data capture, and farmer interviews.

Weeks 9–12

Scale-up

Data review, ICAR research linkage discussions, distribution and scale-up planning.

The farm

50+ acres of regenerative agriculture, biodiversity, and active research.

Aré Guḍi is in Chikkavali, Soraba (Karnataka, India). Active production: areca nut, black pepper, jackfruit, honey. Active research: biochar, biocompost, polyphenol extraction, IoT weather and soil monitoring. Forest and biodiversity zone alongside. Connected to ICAR-CPCRI and AEC Assam research networks.

Sector focus

We accept ventures in three areas.

Regenerative agriculture

Regenerative agriculture

Soil restoration, cover crops, agroforestry, biocontrol-adjacent practices.

Biocontrol

Biocontrol

Bioinputs, biopesticides, microbiome solutions.

IoT and ag-data

IoT & ag-data

Soil sensors, weather stations, decision-support tools.

Investment

Paid program, tiered by scope and duration.

Indicative pricing range is shared on application. Cohort is limited and selected by fit.
